I was talking with a friend one day and mentioned that I was looking for a Honda Elsinore to start racing in vintage motocross. He called a friend of his who had this 1974 Elsinore resting in the back of his garage. After looking at it for a few minutes I offered him $75 for it and he said that was too much, so I loaded it up in the truck for $60. After about a year of restoration, you can see how it turned out. I've had a great time racing in AHRMA this year and made some great friends at all the races. It's a lot of fun seeing all these old bikes still out there doing what they were designed to do over 30 years ago.
