Each member of your team is required to create an individual postmortem report using this form individual postmortem specification template found on my web site http://www-personal.engin.umd.umich.edu/~bmaxim/. This should be uploaded to VLT and included on the final disk.
Your team is to create a 10 minute powerpoint presentation which summarizes the team consensus on the post mortems and present it to the combined CIS 4951/4961 and CIS 4952/4962 classes during our final exam period on August 21st.
Your team will also need to demonstrate a working feasibility prototype of your planned product. Your running prototype only needs to demonstrate the core functionality of your proposed software products. It does not have to run on the targeted hardware.
