Borland International
- Borland's Delphi Page
- Delphi's home page. Full of the latest
information, technical documents, update downloads, and
other official information direct from Borland.
- The Borland
Newsgroups
- Borland has changed their forums into
newsgroups, so they are a little easier to access now, but
a lot easier to use.. There are currently 17 newsgroups
dealing with individual areas of Delphi programming.
There are also dozens of other newsgroups dealing with
other languages, such as C++ Builder, IntraBuilder, etc.
Delphi Magazines nad Newsletters
- UNDU - The Unofficial Newsletter of
Delphi Users
- My favorite online reference. Written by
Robert Vivrette, and hosted by the good people at Informant Communications
Group, UNDU is free for everyone on the web. A new issue
is posted every 1 - 2 months, full of tips & tricks
and product reviews.
-
- Delphi Developer
Journal
- A small but quality publication from the
Cobb group. They have several sample articles online covering
very useful topics.
-
- Delphi Informant
- In addition to the standard tips and
tricks, this magazine covers applications of Delphi programming
in-depth.
Great Delphi Web Sites
-
- The
Delphi Deli
- This is what Delphi32.com should have
been. This site is packed full of components, tips, and other
stuff, with an interesting theme. Always updated
regularly, so you can find components for the newest
programming topics.
-
- The Delphi Resource Center -
Delphi32.com
- An incredible sight, with references to
tons of Delphi web pages. The best thing on this
sight, however, is its components page, with links to
hundreds of VCL components on the web, all organized and
catagorized for easy finding. The only problem is that
the site isn't updated very often, so if you need
something new (ex. anything specifically for Delphi 3),
you are best of checking on of the other sites, I
recommend the Delphi Deli.
- The
Delphi Bug Lists
- The most complete listing of Delphi bugs, versions 1, 2,
and 3. This page is updated often and always has the most recently
discovered bugs. In many cases, fixes or work-arounds are
also listed. A must-visit if you just can't figure out
why your program isn't working correctly. Managed by
Reinier Sterkenburg.
-
- The
Delphi 3 Information Page
- Now that Delphi 3 has finally been released, this site
doesn't have much to offer since most of the information
is now on Borland's page. However, there is a document on
porting between Delphi 2 and 3 that you might want to
look at. And when Delphi 4 gets close, I'm sure this will
once again be the best source of information, as it was
for Delphi 3.
-
- Dr. Bob's
Delphi Clinic
- I find this site most useful for it's press releases.
While it's mostly a re-hash of what Borland has posted
here & there, the nice part is it is all in 1
easy-to-find place.
-
Other Delphi Links
- The
Microsoft Developers Network (MSDN) Online
- Ok, Ok. This is not a Delphi page (in
fact, there probably isn't a single reference to Delphi
on the entire site). BUT, when you need to take your
Delphi application a little bit further, and start making
some Windows API calls, this place is full of
information, including all of the official documentation
for Windows 95 and NT and all of the DLL's that come
along with it. Plus a load of other development stuff
(ActiveX, DirectX, etc.). This has to be one of the most
important links for my day to day programming right now.

- Is your sight missing here? Do you think it should be
here? If so, go to the submissions
page and follow the directions on how to submit your
page to be linked-to here. I'll link to any Delphi page I think
others would find of value. However, if your page is
extremely good, I'll give it special attention.
