You need a fast connection to do this in a reasonable amount of time:

Agarose Gel Protocol, AVI (PDF with embedded AVI Movies)

The Quicktime movies are compressed using the Sorenson compressor, giving better image quality and far better compression; however, they require Qucktime to be installed on your system.
If you have a PC without Quicktime installed, choose the AVI version.
