Science Journals - Links to all kinds of specific medical journals (for example a list of journals on diabetes).  It also lists broad coverage journals such as New England Journal of Medicine and JAMA.

PII Stands for publisher item identifier. It, too, identifies the article and can be used for search and retrieval.

OVID UM-MEDSEARCH UM-MEDSEARCH Ovid Medline. This is the good one that refines the search and displays the results, but I can't log on from home.

NCBI BOOK SEARCH - Excellent site! Tool that allows you to search very good books for info.   For example, when searching for “Wnt,” 13 books appear with links to each. After clicking the link for a particular   book, more links will appear listing all the pages within the book with information on the Wnt signaling pathway.
