Good Nutrition. Discuss Food Pyramid
Split
into four small groups and plan a weekly menu. One group will plan breakfasts
for seven days; one will plan lunches for 7 days; one will plan dinners; one
will plan snacks. Share with the rest of the den what each group planned. **Need parent assistance! (may run out of
time)

Badge #2: make a safety notebook (see p. 247)

completed these requirements, you have completed the Fitness badge (one of the three
required badges to earn the Webelos badge.)
