Dr. Shengquan Wang received his B.S. degree
in Mathematics from Anhui Normal University, China, in
1995, and his M.S. degree in Applied Mathematics from the
Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China. He also received
M.S. degree in Mathematics in 2000 and Ph.D. in Computer
Science from Texas A&M University in 2006. He is
currently Associate Professor in the Department of
Computer and Information Science at the University of
Michigan-Dearborn. He is a recipient of the US NSF CAREER
Award. He also received the Best Paper Award in ECRTS
2006. His research interests are in real-time systems,
networking and distributed systems, sustainable computing,
security and privacy, optimization, and machine learning.
