Welcome to Andrew Toy's website.

I am very active in educational and community service projects through the Michigan Iota Chapter of the Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honor Society where I currently serve as the Chief Advisor. We have been involved in hosting Quiz Bowl tournaments, we recently participated in Habitat for Humanity, we have helped with the Readers Digest Word Power Challenge, and many others.

I am also currently involved in transitioning the Wayne County Science Olympiad from Thurston High School to The University of Michigan - Dearborn. As a former olympian with the Divine Child H.S. team it's a great honor to be able to host the event. The tournament has grown to over 80 high school and middle school teams with over 1500 participants. This year's event will be held on Saturday, March 4, 2006.

I am very grateful to the many volunteers and sponsors that make our projects possible. We are currently seeking help for the Wayne County Science Olympiad. Please visit the science olympiad and tau beta pi websites for more information or feel free to email me at toybox [at] umich [dot] edu.

Thanks,
Andrew
