Vintage (2000) Grand Reserve with Two Goblets




Abbey de Scourmont "The Abbey Notre Dame de Scourmont has been situated in Belgium in the Chimay Region since 1850. The Cistercian Monks meditate and work on the cheese and the Trappist beers according to the respect and traditions of their order. In order to meet their needs and those of their foundations as well as to sustain employment in their region, since 1862 the Cistercian Trappist monks of Chimay have been developing the production of Trappist beers and cheeses which, owing to their character and qualities are well known and enjoy great success."

     with a side of mashed potatoes and
     green beans.

2. Succulent beef tips marinated in
     Chimay Grand Reserve with authentic
     Belgian spices, served with a side of
     true Belgian Frites!
