EDT 531 - Leadership and Professional Development in Educational Technology This
course introduced me to the necessary steps required to create
effective technology professional development. Pre-formative,
formative, and summative evaluations were utilized to
provide learning opportunities. The Critical Issue: Providing Professional Development for Effective Technology framework was followed. During EDT 531, I created professional development activities centered around the use of an ELMO digital document camera and projector. The professional development lessons incorporated Michigan Grade Level Content Expectations (GLCEs) across the curriculum. During each lesson, both students and participating teachers were actively engaged using an ELMO digital document camera and projector to enhance presentations.
